About DawerOne
DawerOne is an AI-first engineering and delivery partner helping startups, growing companies, and enterprises build, improve, and scale digital products.
We combine senior engineering leadership, hands-on execution, and AI-enabled delivery across software engineering, quality engineering, data, analytics, and product. Our focus is practical execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Why Join DawerOne
We are growing rapidly and building a strong product and engineering team in Gurgaon.
You will join at an early stage, take meaningful ownership, and help shape the systems, standards, and culture as the company grows. The work is hands-on, technically challenging, and suited to people who want to build, solve difficult problems, and stay close to the code.
Remote candidates are welcome, with a preference for people who can occasionally collaborate with the team in Gurgaon.
