Appodeal Accelerator is a fast-growing division of Appodeal focused on helping mobile app and game developers scale through monetization, mediation, user acquisition, retention, analytics, and operational support. We work both with game studios and app publishers, supporting projects across multiple verticals, genres, and monetization models. Our team helps partners improve monetization performance, technical stability, retention, testing quality, creative performance, and operational scalability. Beyond publishing support, we also work deeply with Appodeal’s mediation and monetization ecosystem, helping partners with SDK integrations, attribution, analytics, ad operations, monetization setup, and technical troubleshooting. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience for part-time work to own technical QA, onboarding validation, SDK integration testing, and release readiness across Appodeal Accelerator partners. This role combines: technical QA, monetization validation, SDK and integration troubleshooting, onboarding support, and operational process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, operationally reliable, and comfortable independently validating builds and identifying risks before launch or testing. This is not a passive/manual QA role — we are looking for someone who can proactively improve quality standards, identify technical risks early, and help scale QA operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Technical QA & Build Validation Review builds before CPI, retention, or monetization testing Run QA on gameplay, onboarding, progression, ads, paywalls, analytics, and monetization flows Identify crashes, softlocks, blockers, technical inconsistencies, and UX issues Ensure builds meet internal launch and testing readiness standards SDK & Integration Validation Support SDK integration verification and troubleshooting Validate monetization, attribution, analytics, and event setup Investigate technical integration issues and platform-specific problems Collaborate with Product Engineer and partner studios during onboarding Monetization & Analytics Validation Validate rewarded ads, interstitials, banners, IAPs, subscriptions, and paywalls Verify monetization event firing and analytics accuracy Support monetization testing and experiment validation Ensure attribution and mediation systems function correctly before launch Pre-Test & Release Readiness: Play and review games before testing approval Evaluate technical stability, usability, retention-critical flows, and overall readiness Identify risks that could negatively impact UA, monetization, or retention test performance Collaborate with Product, QA, and Publishing teams on go/no-go decisions QA Operations & Documentation Maintain QA checklists, validation workflows, and testing documentation Improve bug reporting standards and onboarding QA processes Maintain integration and testing best-practice documentation Contribute to improving QA standards and operational efficiency across the team Requirements: Must-Have: 4+ years of experience in QA Engineering, Technical QA, Mobile QA, or similar technical validation roles Strong experience testing mobile apps or mobile games in production environments Experience validating SDK integrations, monetization systems, analytics events, and attribution flows Strong debugging and investigation skills, including logs, device testing, reproduction flows, and build validation Experience working with tools such as Jira, Firebase, TestFlight, Android Studio, Xcode, Unity, Charles Proxy, or similar Strong understanding of mobile release/testing workflows Ability to independently identify technical risks and launch blockers Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills Comfortable collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Publishing teams Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory Comfortable working independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments Nice-to-Have: Experience working with ad monetization and mediation platforms Experience with mobile game publishing or live operations Experience validating retention and monetization experiments Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms Experience improving QA operations, workflows, or documentation standards Experience supporting partner onboarding processes Basic scripting, automation, or AI-assisted QA workflows are a plus Why Join Appodeal Accelerator?
