Candidate Preference:
Taiwanese candidates are preferred. We are also open to qualified overseas candidates based in Europe, Malaysia.
Working Arrangement:
Taiwan-based candidates can work either onsite in Taipei or from home (WFH).
Candidates based in Europe, Malaysia, can work remotely.
Language Requirements:
Mandarin is not mandatory. For candidates who do not speak Mandarin, fluent English is required.
Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on product specifications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality
• Track, document, and verify bugs and issues using bug tracking systems (e.g. JIRA)
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and product review meetings

Requirements

• 5 years+ of experience in manual software testing
• Familiar with software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies
• Able to design structured, detailed, and reusable test cases
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail)
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Python or experience writing simple test scripts
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger)
• Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Pytest)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
