In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of product releases through structured, exploratory, and risk-based testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile environment while coordinating non-functional testing activities with specialist teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Job Title: QA Engineer – TOSCA Implementation Key Responsibilities: Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria. Perform exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing to identify defects and quality risks. Log, track, and manage defects through the complete lifecycle, supporting prioritization based on severity and business impact. Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of automated test suites (e.g., Tosca) to improve regression coverage. Develop test plans and strategies, supporting release readiness and go/no-go decisions. Coordinate non-functional testing activities, including performance, security, accessibility, and integration testing with specialist teams. Validate APIs, system integrations, data flows, and data accuracy across applications. Manage test environments and support the creation of realistic test data. Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are testable and acceptance criteria are clearly defined. Monitor production issues, identify quality gaps, and recommend continuous improvements to testing processes and coverage. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in manual software testing within Agile delivery environments. Strong understanding of test case design, exploratory testing, regression testing, and defect management. Experience testing APIs, integrations, and data validation across systems. Exposure to test automation tools such as Tosca . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
