Senior Quality Systems Specialist

The role:

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Systems Specialist on behalf of a leading medical device company in Galway. This is an initial 12 month contract and a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards and agency guidelines.
• Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance. Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet guidelines.
• Lead Quality Agreement negotiations. Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 2-4 years of experience required which includes experience in a Quality function
• Strong QA and quality systems knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills along with a proven ability to multi-task.
