Job Title: Sr. Quality Systems Specialist

Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Remote in Ireland

Job Purpose

Provides specialist expertise and oversight for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality systems, processes, and procedures. Ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems, programs, processes, and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance on quality policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance expectations.
• Partner with operating entities to monitor processes, identify gaps, and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead Quality Agreement negotiations and ensure agreements and quality programs are maintained and updated.
• Promote consistent global quality standards and facilitate sharing of best practices.
• Lead or contribute to quality systems and process improvement projects.
• Analyse complex quality issues and provide recommendations to improve compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders, customers, and vendors to resolve quality issues and achieve objectives.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to colleagues and less experienced professionals.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of quality systems, quality assurance, compliance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical project management experience.
• University Degree and minimum 4 years' relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
