Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid)

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Main Contractor delivering major construction projects across Dublin, including commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
• 6+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Proven experience working with a main contractor.
• Experience on large-scale projects, ideally residential, pharma, or commercial developments.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage costs, contracts, and project reporting.

Duties:

• Managing project costs from procurement through to completion.
• Preparing budgets, valuations, and cost reports.
• Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts.
• Reviewing contracts, variations, and claims.
• Liaising with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Supporting commercial delivery and project performance.
