What Your Day Will Look Like As a Senior React Native Engineer, you’ll sit at the center of mobile execution, system architecture, and technical quality. Your role combines high-impact code contribution with technical guidance. You’ll champion engineering best practices while contributing directly to architecture, complex technical challenges, and critical delivery moments. You’ll work closely with Product Management, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to shape and deliver outstanding mobile experiences for our global fan base. One day you might be diagnosing complex performance bottlenecks or streamlining deployment pipelines across iOS and Android ecosystems. The next, you could be designing native module integrations, refining state management strategies, or stepping into the codebase to unblock delivery. You’ll work with technologies like React Native core, JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), state management tools (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query), and automated testing frameworks—always with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Because driving quality starts with technical credibility, you’ll stay hands-on at your core. A significant part of your time will involve active engineering: solving complex mobile issues, improving app architecture, and supporting delivery where it matters most. Alongside this, you’ll help elevate peers, set code quality standards, and shape mobile development processes across the team.
