Pluribus Digital is growing, and we’re looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our headquarters team to help shape the future of our talent and people operations. Reporting to the COO, you’ll play a hands-on role managing full-cycle recruitment while supporting talent operations and process improvement initiatives that elevate the candidate and employee experience. We’re looking for a recruiter who not only excels at finding great talent within the Gov Con space but is also passionate about improving how we attract, engage, and support people at scale. Positioned at the crossroads of HR, Growth, and Capabilities, this recruiter plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s success by discerning the best talent match for both the company and its government clients both in process and in pipeline development. What You Will Do Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver consistent, equitable processes. Source, engage, and nurture top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative alternative channels. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely communication and exceptional candidate experiences. Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) to manage applicant flow, ensure data integrity, and track metrics for reporting and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance recruiting processes, implement best practices, and support broader talent operations initiatives. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and community relationships, including partnerships with diversity and affinity groups. Stay informed on market trends and use innovative tools and sourcing strategies to reach and attract diverse talent pools. Support the team’s broader People Operations goals, including onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives as needed. What You Will Bring 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a GovCon or federal contracting environment. Proven success managing multiple requisitions and delivering full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced setting. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse preferred). Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across teams. Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. Demonstrated creativity and initiative in sourcing and pipeline development. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Compensation and benefits : Pluribus Digital offers a competitive salary that is determined at the time of offer. We are hiring for multiple levels under this job posting. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with salary ranges aligned accordingly. If a candidate is a strong fit at a more junior or senior level to what is outlined here, we will assess them accordingly and apply the appropriate salary range during the hiring process. The range for this specific role is from $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience. Salary is augmented with opportunity to earn annual bonus and medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, company paid life insurance and a generous 401k match program.
