Click here to read the PSG Global Solutions Candidate Privacy Notice Job Description: We’re looking for a driven and highly organized Senior Recruiter to join our team and help us connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities. WHAT YOU’LL DO Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates based on hiring requirements Build and maintain active candidate pipelines Manage multiple requisitions and recruitment priorities simultaneously Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs Monitor recruitment progress and provide timely updates on candidate pipelines Independently manage priorities while consistently meeting recruitment targets and timelines WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: 2-year college graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience, OR Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience Great English communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in high-volume recruitment Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities Proven experience managing recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions Strong stakeholder or client communication skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills RPO or staffing industry experience is a plus WHY THIS ROLE Competitive salary package + Monthly performance bonuses Fixed night shift schedule + Weekends off Comprehensive HMO coverage Early regularization opportunities APPLY NOW Join us and bring your expertise to a team that values initiative, collaboration, and results.
