About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a well-established and fast-growing international company based in Ochtrup, Germany, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from defining hiring needs to successful candidate placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, XING, StepStone, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, particularly for IT and specialist positions.
• Provide market insights and salary guidance to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and on-site candidate assessment activities.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, staffing company, or high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proven expertise in active sourcing and direct candidate engagement.
• Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Business-fluent German and good English communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, approachable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based within commuting distance of Ochtrup or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting IT and technical specialists.
• Knowledge of the local Münsterland talent market.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, and applicant tracking systems.
