Role Overview As part of our continued growth in Morocco, we are hiring 3 Senior Recruiters to join our dynamic global recruitment team based in Casablanca. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of roles within Allianz Services, supporting various business areas and seniority levels across multiple geographies. What you do Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for open roles within Allianz Services Identify top talent using headhunting and direct search techniques — including cold-calling, networking, and proactive sourcing across local and international markets Craft and post compelling job advertisements on internal and external job boards Screen candidates' resumes and applications with a keen eye for quality and cultural fit Conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle Manage the offer process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from selection to onboarding Maintain close contact with selected candidates and provide constructive feedback to all applicants Keep recruitment databases, trackers, and reports accurate and up to date Leverage various online tools, ATS platforms, and databases in the search and selection process Monitor market trends and apply recruitment best practices to continuously improve our processes What you bring University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field; Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong plus Minimum 2–3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus Ideally previous experience in a multinational or corporate environment Customer-focused with outstanding communication skills; excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and organizational abilities; self-starter with quick-learner mentality and collaborative team spirit; sensitivity to intercultural differences, corporate dynamics, and confidential data handling We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
