Senior Recruiter【Generative Ai firm】

The Senior Recruiter Lead will drive end-to-end recruitment while helping develop and improve the Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role combines hands-on recruiting with team coordination and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for key positions.
• Improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Support team development and collaborate with external recruitment partners.

Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in technology or a fast-growing business is preferred
• Fluent-level Japanese proficiency (Conversational English level is Okay)
