Advanced interviewing techniques and strong understanding of attorney recruiting best practices. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Highest level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
