We hold a database of 200,000+ legal and accounting professionals across the United Kingdom — one of the largest of its kind. Most of our business runs on reverse marketing: we market the strong candidates already interested in a move to the firms who want them, rather than waiting on job orders. That database is the engine — you need to be the person who knows how to work it.About usPhillips Butterworth Limited is a specialist search firm operating across the UK and Australia, recruiting legal professionals (private practice lawyers, attorneys, in-house) and accounting and finance professionals (private practice firms, in-house). About the Role

The opportunityThis is a full 360 role — business development, candidate management, reverse marketing, and placements across legal and accounting mandates. You'll work UK hours remotely from South Africa, which means an early start relative to South African time, but you'll have direct access to our database and systems from the first day.

Required Skills

What we're looking for

• Proven 360 recruitment experience — essential
• Previous experience in either legal recruitment or accounting and finance recruitment — essential
• Motivated, hungry, driven by a genuine desire to earn — this is a commission-driven role
• Not afraid to pick up the phone — this is a phone-first business
• Comfortable with reverse marketing — proactively marketing strong candidates to clients, not just filling job orders
• Based in South Africa, able to work UK hours
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote role
