Senior Recruitment Consultant - Bristol

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000pa with excellent OTE

Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years experience working in recruitment agency is essential.
• Ideally, you’ll have a background in recruiting across the Legal/Insurance or HR market.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for growth, a collaborative mindset and an interest in working within a company that has a strong mission and purpose.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up in Bristol, able to spend 3 days per week in the office.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working as part of the recruitment team to identify, engage and place high-calibre candidates across Legal/HR and Insurance
• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing your own desk, hitting targets and driving revenue growth through proactive business development and client servicing.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders internally and externally to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends and build your domain expertise in high-growth industries.
• Operating in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business, and helping elevate the company’s brand in the climate-tech space.
