Location & Work Model: Warsaw-based opportunity with remote work allowed (up to 5 days per week).

As a Senior IT Recruitment Partner working for our client, a leader in the banking sector, you will be instrumental in driving end-to-end IT recruitment processes that shape the future of financial technology. Your expertise will connect top-tier IT professionals with innovative banking projects, enabling your organization to stay at the forefront of digital banking solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment campaigns for mid- and senior-level IT roles within the banking sector.
• Engage daily with hiring managers—including senior stakeholders and department directors—across multiple locations to understand recruitment needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Maintain daily contact with candidates, managing interview scheduling and HR stages efficiently.
• Provide regular updates, recruitment summaries, and strategic insights to hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions and collaborate with external vendors for contractor sourcing.
• Execute direct search strategies to actively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Work with ATS (B.Welcome) – training will be provided.
• Perform administrative tasks such as sending offers via email and coordinating with HR Administration for candidate right-to-work verification in Poland.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the banking sector.
• Fluent command of English and Polish.
• Proven track record in sourcing for IT roles such as IT Developer, Banking IT Platform, IT Business Analyst, and IT Team Leader (people management position).
• Ability to independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Resilience, goal-oriented mindset, and experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience managing a volume of 10-15 positions, including both internal and external recruitment.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience working with ATS systems (training will be provided).

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in Polish and English, with a high level of proficiency in both languages.
