Senior Recruitment Specialist

Role Description The Senior Recruitment Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support Amazon Wood’s growing workforce needs. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, guiding candidates through the selection process, and ensuring a positive and equitable candidate experience. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will also contribute to improving recruitment processes, maintaining talent pipelines, and supporting onboarding and training coordination as needed. This role requires consistent communication with internal stakeholders and proactive reporting on recruitment progress and metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment, with an ability to evaluate skills and fit objectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in Training or supporting onboarding activities to help new team members integrate effectively.
• Prior experience as a recruitment specialist, talent acquisition professional, or similar HR role, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting while managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruitment tools and platforms.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
