This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Senior Release Manager to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
What are we looking for?
-More than 9 years of experience as a Release Manager;
- Understanding of Git architecture, branching strategies, and repository management;
- The ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve complex merge conflicts under tight deadlines;
- Meticulous approach to execution, recognizing the high-risk nature of production deployments;
- Ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously while maintaining complete visibility of the overall release landscape;
- Proven track record of making swift, analytical decisions in high-stakes situations;
- Capability to lead meetings efficiently and convey complex technical release details clearly to diverse stakeholders;
- Agile problem solving skills;
- Fluent in English and French is a plus.
