Senior Requirements Analyst

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Requirements Analyst, Level 4 for a long-term consulting assignment based in Solna. The role focuses on requirements analysis within complex IT environments, including further development of interfaces with external parties, translating business needs into effective IT solutions, and supporting the development of internal requirements analysis capabilities. You will work in an agile environment and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, testers, product owners, and other key stakeholders. Perform requirements analysis in complex IT projects and initiatives Translate business needs into clear IT requirements and solutions Analyse and develop business processes Work with information analysis, conceptual modelling, and information flows Plan and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders Support and further develop agile processes and ways of working Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and product owners Coach and support other requirements analysts Communicate business and technical requirements to different target groups Document and manage requirements using Jira and Confluence At least 10 years of experience in requirements analysis and development within complex IT projects At least 10 years of experience analysing and developing business processes and translating them into IT solutions and requirements At least 10 years of experience in information analysis, conceptual modelling, and information flows At least 10 years of experience working with agile methods in close collaboration with business stakeholders and users At least 5 years of experience working in organisations with high requirements regarding security and regulatory compliance Experience with Jira and Confluence Strong ability to work independently in complex assignments Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement for this role Nice to Have Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain both business and technical requirements to different audiences Extensive experience planning and facilitating workshops Extensive experience driving and developing agile processes Experience in requirements analysis within the public sector Experience from large-scale collaboration or cross-organisational projects Extensive experience working closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and product owners Experience coaching or mentoring other requirements analysts Long-term assignment with extension potential Hybrid work – up to 49% remote Senior role with high autonomy and ownership Work on complex, high-impact digital initiatives Strong collaboration with experienced IT professionals
