Role Description The Senior Researcher role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing research to improve the platform’s interview practices, content, and user experience. This role involves studying market trends, user behavior, and industry best practices to inform product features, training materials, and career consulting frameworks. The Senior Researcher will develop research methodologies, lead data collection and analysis, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for product, content, and operations teams. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing research reports and presentations, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of interview formats and coaching strategies. The role also includes exploring innovative approaches to online learning and assessment, ensuring PInterview’s offerings remain evidence-based and impactful. Qualifications
Strong research skills, including qualitative and quantitative methods, data collection, and analysis.
Experience with user research, market research, or educational research to inform product or service improvements.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, reports, and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with research and analytics tools (e.g., survey platforms, spreadsheets, statistical or data visualization tools).
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Experience in online education, career coaching, assessment, or HR/recruitment is highly beneficial.
Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, Data Science, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
