This is not a traditional revenue management role. You'll sit at the heart of the commercial organisation, partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Planning and Canon Europe to shape pricing strategy, influence investment decisions, drive forecasting accuracy, and unlock new growth opportunities.
If you're passionate about turning data into commercial action, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping a market-leading organisation make smarter decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
As our Senior Revenue & Commercial Manager, you will be:
Driving Revenue & Commercial Performance
- Partner with the IPSG Senior Leadership Team to deliver revenue and profitability objectives.
- Provide strategic insight and recommendations that support key commercial decisions.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and influence actions that drive sustainable growth.
- Support governance and performance review processes across the business.
Leading Forecasting & Business Planning
- Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate inputs into Medium-Term Planning (MTP), Operational Budgets and Rolling Forecasts.
- Analyse financial and market trends to improve forecast accuracy and business performance.
- Deliver meaningful reporting and commercial insight to senior leadership.
Shaping Pricing Strategy
- Develop pricing frameworks, governance, and strategic pricing initiatives that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Use market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage key investment and support programmes including Strategic Fighting Fund (SFF), Mega Tender, Extreme Must-Win, S2M and Go Beyond initiatives.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Finance and Sales teams to maximise commercial returns.
Managing Strategic Investment
- Act as the primary liaison between Canon UK&I and Canon Europe for revenue and investment alignment.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and monitor return on investment.
- Ensure local strategies align with wider European priorities and objectives.
Supporting Strategic Opportunities
- Provide commercial governance and strategic support for major bids and high-value opportunities.
- Deliver clear pipeline visibility and insight to support decision-making.
- Help remove barriers and maintain momentum across complex commercial opportunities.
Driving Continuous Improvement
- Lead strategic win/loss analysis to identify trends, competitive threats and growth opportunities.
- Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and actions.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
