Senior Revit Architect / Project Architect – Industrial

Job Description This is a remote position. • Salary: PHP 110,000–135,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) • Location: 100% Work From Home • Hours: Monday–Friday, Australian day shift (9am–5pm AEST) • Employment: Full-time, permanent • Start date: Within 4 weeks The Opportunity You'll take ownership of the day-to-day architectural delivery for complex industrial and commercial projects across Queensland — running documentation packages independently through Design Development and Construction Documentation, and coordinating directly with structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire consultants to keep every project buildable, coordinated and on program. This role suits someone who already knows how to run a project's documentation independently — someone who can read a structural engineer's mark-up, spot the clash before it reaches site, and knows exactly which issues to resolve on the spot and which ones need to go to the Project Architect. You'll work directly alongside Australian Project Architects and Project Directors on complex Queensland industrial and commercial projects, with genuine ownership of technical delivery rather than being limited to production drafting. What you'll do • Take ownership of assigned projects and documentation packages from Design Development through Construction Documentation • Liaise and coordinate directly with the consultant team — structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire — and accurately incorporate their information into the architectural documentation • Manage documentation deliverables and project priorities to meet agreed deadlines across multiple concurrent projects • Identify clashes, coordination issues and technical conflicts between disciplines before they become site problems • Identify and raise documentation, coordination and programme risks early, and escalate unresolved technical, compliance or coordination issues to the Australian Project Architect • Produce high-quality architectural documentation in Revit — plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends Requirements • At least 7 years' professional architectural experience, including a minimum of 3 years working on Australian architectural projects • Demonstrated, hands-on experience delivering industrial projects (e.g. warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centres, industrial estates) — this is essential • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong modelling and documentation skills • Proven experience independently progressing projects from Design Development through Construction Documentation • Direct experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving technical/structural coordination issues • Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC 2022) and Australian Standards, particularly AS 1428.1 • A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Architectural Drafting (or an equivalent qualification recognised in the Philippines) • Strong written and spoken English communication skills Preferred • Experience creating and modifying parametric Revit families • Experience with AutoCAD • Experience with Bluebeam Revu, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360/Forma) • Experience documenting multi-residential, commercial or mixed-use projects, in addition to industrial • Familiarity with Brisbane or Gold Coast local authority requirements Benefits You'll be employed directly by Offshore 24/7, not the client — we've been placing Filipino professionals with Australian businesses since 2008, with 500+ professionals placed and a Glassdoor rating of 4.9/5 and Google rating of 5.0.
