Senior Revit Mechanical Modeller
📍 Parramatta, NSW · Full-time · Hybrid (some WFH)

Beymann is a young, fast-moving BIM company specialising in data centres, hospitals, and infrastructure projects. We help architects, engineers, contractors and facility managers deliver better buildings, working closely with our clients to build long-term partnerships through great work.
The role
You'll lead the Revit modelling on our mechanical services projects (HVAC, ventilation and related systems). Day to day, you'll:
Build and update detailed 3D models and documentation
Sort out clashes and keep models aligned with BIM execution plans
Work with engineers, architects and other modellers, including coordination meetings
Turn design changes and markups into accurate models
Mentor our junior modellers and help us keep raising our standards
What you bring
Strong Revit MEP skills and experience with detailed 3D models and construction documentation
Solid knowledge of mechanical services (HVAC, ventilation, piping) in BIM workflows
Experience with BIM standards, clash detection and multi-discipline coordination
Ability to read mechanical drawings, specs and markups and model them accurately
Great communication, an eye for detail, and the knack of juggling multiple projects
Experience guiding juniors (or keen to!)
A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or similar. Equivalent experience counts too
Bonus points
Previous BIM-focused experience
Familiarity with Australian building standards and codes
