100% Commissions
The Senior Sales Advisor represents a sophisticated advisory offering in conversations with business owners, founders, investors, and executive teams. The role requires maturity, discretion, and the ability to challenge a prospect’s thinking while building confidence in the path forward.
What you will do
Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across the middle market
Conduct discovery around ownership goals, capital priorities, growth plans, and strategic alternatives
Frame options clearly without giving unauthorized legal, tax, or investment advice
Guide prospects through a disciplined decision process involving multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with senior transaction professionals on proposals and engagement strategy
Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professional conduct
What you bring
You bring a strong record in consultative sales and are credible in a boardroom. You listen carefully, communicate with precision, and understand how personal, financial, and strategic considerations overlap in major business decisions.
A record of creating or converting revenue in a consultative B2B environment
Executive-level communication, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality
Comfort with self-generated activity, variable income, and measurable accountability
Reliable technology, a professional remote workspace, and eligibility to provide services in the United States
How success is measured
Executive prospects view the firm as a trusted strategic partner, not another sales vendor. Performance is evaluated through qualified pipeline, conversion, revenue generated, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and the quality of client handoffs.
Compensation and working model
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary, draw, or guaranteed earnings. Successful producers may earn approximately $100,000 to $250,000+ annually, with uncapped upside; actual earnings depend on individual results, deal timing, commission terms, and collected revenue. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, expenses, and compliance obligations. Full commission details are provided in the written contractor agreement.
