Senior Salesforce Admin- CPQ Solution Specialist (Remote)

Job Description This is a remote position. Requirements • Contributes to the design and maintenance of both pre-purchased and custom-made solutions that aid in operations, such as workflow, data collection, and analysis and reporting. • Develop and thoroughly test a project's software code to turn requirements into designs and functionality for purchased or custom systems. • Creates the reports needed to run the business using tools from a third party. • Supports integration and acceptance testing, creates scripts, and conducts unit testing. • Participate in system deployment planning alongside the project team. • Find ways to make existing databases and applications more efficient. • Ensure that all support activities are carried out and documented in a timely manner, as well as troubleshoot, analyze, and develop solutions to user issues as assigned. • Contributes to the development of positive relationships with internal and external customers through expertise and influence, fostering an atmosphere of highly effective collaboration, communication, and program/process execution throughout the organization. • Implements disciplined processes for change control and configuration management while adhering to the software development lifecycle, ensuring that software is thoroughly validated and documented. • The security of associate, customer, supplier, and public information that has been entrusted is a priority. As a result, we maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that has been certified by ISO27001:2013. Specific knowledge of ISO27001:2013 ISMS and compliance with it are required for the position described in this job description. Associate knowledge of and compliance with the ISMS as defined in Policy, Process, and SOP training is required. • Installs upgrades, migrates, and keeps the application software and environments for production, test, and development applications running smoothly every day. • Examines and addresses issues with databases and applications' performance and functionality. • Serves as the primary point of contact for particular support areas or infrastructure/end-user computing projects. • Ensures that applications are accessible, data is accurate, and configurations adhere to established standards by carrying out routine maintenance and taking corrective measures. • In charge of devising and putting into action a methodical strategy for risk management and risk minimization across all our databases and applications. • Discusses application, data, and database management issues that have a significant impact with management and offers advice. • Works with teams working on global infrastructure, application development, and quality assurance to use system resources to set up new environments and keep an eye on any other issues that might affect end users or applications. • Implements high availability and disaster recovery strategies for middleware applications and takes part in regular testing for disaster recovery. • Upholds established standards for system documentation and architecture diagrams. • Provides technical, analytical, and administrative support to application software and databases to ensure that internal and external customer requirements are met. • Maintains current skills and remains current with industry standards. Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer, or life sciences required. • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience required, with significant experience in developing and supporting mid-range to large systems. • Proven skills in taking an architected approach to systems design. • Experience with Global software system implementation required. • Thorough working knowledge experience in one or more commercial development tools. • .NET, SharePoint, C, Java, JavaScript, and database, MVC experience is a plus. • Fluency in English is preferred. • Solid understanding of Microsoft fundamentals. • Proficiency in the installation and configuration of servers, network components and other aspects of standard infrastructure. • Thorough working knowledge in one or more commercial development tools. • Experience with commercially recognized development methodologies.
