- Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data relationships, automation, reporting, platform governance, and the software development life cycle.
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into process designs, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing plans, and implementation recommendations.

- Maintain day-to-day platform stability while identifying opportunities to simplify configurations, improve performance, and reduce unnecessary technical complexity.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, delays, and required decisions promptly and clearly.
- Agentforce Product Ownership
- Serve as the Sales Operations product owner for Agentforce, including maintaining the road map, monitoring releases, and determining which capabilities CSC should adopt, defer, or exclude based primarily on their value to the Sales organization.
- Remain current on Agentforce features, functionality, licensing, governance, observability, testing, and recommended practices.
- Translate Sales and Sales Operations needs into prioritized Agentforce use cases and partner with the appropriate teams to design, test, deploy, monitor, and improve solutions.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness to ensure Agentforce capabilities remain accurate, useful, supportable, and aligned with CSC priorities.
- Evaluate the licensing and financial impact of each Agentforce use case before deployment, including capabilities covered by existing licenses, credit-based or Flex Credit consumption, expected transaction volumes, projected credit usage, and ongoing operating costs. Recommend cost-effective designs, monitor consumption after launch, and ensure solutions remain within approved budgets.
- Sales Technology and Vendor Management
- Share responsibility with the broader Sales Operations team for the governance, integration, performance, and continued advancement of critical sales technology platforms.
- Support Salesforce-integrated technologies used for data enrichment, sales intelligence, lead routing, document and template generation, communication, and other sales functions.
- Participate in the implementation and support of enterprise phone and sales communication platforms, including their integration with Salesforce.
- Manage vendor discussions, demonstrations, escalations, product road maps, release reviews, licensing considerations, and feature requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, consolidate capabilities, and increase the value CSC receives from its technology investments.
- Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to maintain reliable integrations, data flows, user access, and end-to-end business processes.
- Stakeholder Support and Team Contribution
- Respond to stakeholder questions, requests, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally.
