Senior Salesforce Agentforce Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a mid-sized Salesforce team with deep Agentforce expertise. This role involves converting an enterprise Intellectual Property Management System into an AI-driven innovation platform by leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, and intelligent agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch Agentforce agents, actions, and topics to power the AI-driven innovation platform
• Create AI agents that generate invention disclosures from documents and identify comparable innovations
• Build solutions that produce summaries, draft stakeholder communications, and pull deadlines and tasks from emails
• Design systems capable of answering natural language queries about portfolio data and delivering strategic insights
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a mid-sized development team through code reviews and technical direction
• Implement sound architecture principles and clean coding standards across the platform
• Uphold Git-based source control practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to drive the product roadmap forward

Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components within an ISV setting
• Proven experience developing and launching Agentforce agents, actions, and topics
• History of leading or mentoring mid-sized development teams, including conducting code reviews and offering technical guidance
• Strong command of architecture design and clean coding methodologies
• Skilled in Git-based source control systems
• Experience working within Agile team settings
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
