Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator

Overview JST is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator to support our team. This is a full-time remote position. Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator Responsibilities Build the counselor workspace: caseload views, member records, notes, and appointments. Build the tier assignment screen, including the ability for a counselor to override the assigned tier and record why. Build the waiver workflow, where a counselor confirms a member qualifies for an exemption, records it, and writes the note explaining the circumstances. Build class scheduling and enrollment, including multi part classes that a member can book one piece at a time. Build three reports and a compliance dashboard. Implement permission sets and profiles against the architect's sharing design. Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or associate's degree with 4+ years of additional experience 6+ years of relevant experience Salesforce Certified Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant. Preferred: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder. Federal or Department of Defense program experience, data loading and migration.
