RESPONSIBILITIES Dive into Salesforce development and build powerful, scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Be a key contributor across the full development lifecycle—from solution design to deployment and ongoing support. Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and custom objects. Build and integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and MuleSoft. Support and troubleshoot integrated applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and integration strategies. Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with SDLC best practices. Stay on top of Salesforce innovations and bring forward-thinking ideas to enhance our platform. Occasionally contribute to development efforts outside of Salesforce when needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC). Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and best practices. Experience with system integrations and enterprise application environments. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Salesforce Multi-Cloud Expertise: Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Experience (Communities). Integration & Middleware: Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms, enabling seamless system connectivity. DevOps & Automation: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. Platform Flexibility: Exposure to additional technologies outside Salesforce, demonstrating adaptability across tech stacks.
