What You'll do: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability while following Salesforce best practices. - Support deployment activities using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements. Who You Are: - 6+ years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions. - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP web services. - Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, security model, and sharing rules. - Hands-on experience with Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or similar) are a plus. - S trong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
