🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain solutions across a mature Salesforce platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who combines strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience with practical knowledge of Salesforce administration, integrations, security, and platform architecture.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand business goals, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and continuously improve the reliability and maintainability of the Salesforce ecosystem.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
• Design scalable data models, automations, integrations, and security controls.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
• Improve existing Salesforce implementations and simplify legacy automation and technical debt.
• Maintain platform configuration, permissions, packages, and administrative components required to support delivery.
• Manage the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, validations, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues while protecting platform reliability, performance, and data quality.
• Manage changes through Git/source control, code reviews, automated testing, and controlled deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate independently with stakeholders and engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on production experience with Apex.
• Strong hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid experience with Salesforce Flow and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, permissions, sharing rules, and platform security.
• Experience designing and building REST API or other system integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and platform configuration.
• Ability to transform incomplete or evolving business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Proficient English communication skills.

🏅 Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is strongly preferred.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with mature or enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Experience modernizing legacy Salesforce implementations and automations.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and development best practices.
