Senior Salesforce Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with Agentforce expertise to join our global team and support the development, enhancement, and optimisation of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Configure and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce applications following platform best practices.
• Configure and customise Salesforce Agentforce, including agents, actions, and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, write unit tests, and manage deployments across environments.
• Ensure solutions meet Salesforce security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial Salesforce development experience.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including configuration, customisation, and implementation.
• Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
• Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder and AI-powered workflows.
• Experience integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP.
• Experience with event-driven integrations, including Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
