Main Purpose of the Role To support the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagements/projects, driving operational effectiveness, client satisfaction, and the development of our SAP BI capability. Key Responsibilities Support Delivery Managers in the execution of SAP BI projects, identifying and resolving issues to ensure quality and timely delivery. Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for follow-on work and cross-selling Deloitte’s broader offerings. Develop and present client documentation, and act as a trusted advisor on SAP BI solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and manage risk within engagements. Contribute to the development, support, and enhancement of SAP BI systems, providing technical expertise across the full project lifecycle. SAP Certification (essential) Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Information Systems (diploma or degree) 6 - 8 years’ working experience in SAP BI 3 years’ experience in SAC Reporting 2 years’ experience in SAP DataSphere 3 years’ experience extracting data from SAP source systems (S4HANA and SuccessFactors) Desired Qualifications & Experience 3+ years in a client-facing role 5 years’ experience in SAC Reporting and Planning 3 years’ experience in SAP DataSphere 5 years’ experience extracting data from SAP source systems Experience with other BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, SAP BW, AWS Redshift, DataBricks) Note: The list of tasks / duties and responsibilities contained in this document is not necessarily exhaustive.
