Senior SAP Business One & BEAS Manufacturing | Remote — Latin America

Profile Definition

At Fonseca Advisers, the Senior SAP B1 BEAS Consultant is the most senior functional resource on our SAP Business One and BEAS Manufacturing engagements. This person owns the full project lifecycle end to end — requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live — while acting as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and mentoring junior and mid-level consultants on the team.

Because this role requires independently leading client meetings, delivering live training sessions, and producing polished functional documentation for clients based primarily in the US — without an interpreter or intermediary — Fonseca Advisers requires English proficiency of C1 or higher (C1+), french proficiency preferred. Anything below that level puts client communication, credibility, and the quality of our deliverables at risk, which is why this requirement is non-negotiable for a senior, client-facing consultant.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional who blends business acumen with technical depth, and who genuinely cares about getting it right for the client.

You'll lead hands-on work across SAP Business One (SAP B1) and BEAS Manufacturing implementation projects — supporting clients primarily in the US and worldwide — from requirements gathering through go-live and beyond, partnering closely with our Project Manager, client users, and internal development team.

This is a remote role, with the possibility of occasional travel.

What You'll Do

●Lead the implementation, demos, training, and ongoing advisory of SAP Business One and BEAS.

●Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and requirements documentation.

●Deliver hands-on application training to client users.

●Provide functional and technical support throughout the project lifecycle, working alongside the Project Manager to keep milestones on track.

●Partner closely with application developers during development and testing.

●Flag risks or issues early and support quality assurance across the project.

●Produce clear, usable end-user documentation.

●Mentor junior and mid-level consultants on the team.

Requirements

●Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.

●3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Business One.

●Proven work experience with BEAS Manufacturing (implementation or support).

●Advanced English (C1 or higher / C1+) and Spanish — written and spoken.

●Experience working with and reporting to remote, distributed teams.

●Open to occasional travel, with a valid visa (or ability to obtain one).

●Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.

●Sharp analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a deadline-driven mindset.

●Located in Latin America.

Nice to Have

●Production & Distribution (Produmex/PMX) implementation or work experience — a big plus.
