Contract Opportunity | Zurich, Switzerland | 40% Workload | Long-Term Engagement

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to support a major SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Transformation within a leading financial services environment in Switzerland. The role combines strategic process design, planning expertise, and hands-on SAP implementation in a large-scale transformation program.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive and support SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion activities within the FI/CO landscape

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP CO Planning / Digital Planning solutions

• Analyze existing business processes and define future-state planning concepts

• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and senior management

• Perform hands-on SAP Customizing and implementation activities

• Collaborate with business and technical workstreams throughout the transformation journey

• Act as a trusted advisor in a complex banking environment

What We're Looking For

• Several years of SAP FICO consulting experience

• Strong expertise in SAP CO and CO Planning / Digital Planning

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migrations

• Strong process design and conceptual capabilities

• Hands-on SAP Customizing experience

• Experience leading customer workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Fluent English (German is a plus but not required)

• Ability to work independently and manage senior stakeholders

• Hybrid model with a minimum of 1 onsite day per week in Zurich

• Remote work possible within Switzerland only

• Workload: 40% (2 days/week)

• Temp or Contracting possible
