Overview

We are working with a leading international organisation that is looking to expand its HR IT team with an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established SAP environment where you'll play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and developing SAP HCM solutions, with a particular focus on Time Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP HCM-related queries, with a focus on Personnel Time Management.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP HCM applications.
• Analyse business requirements and customise SAP standard functionality to meet business needs.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents through 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Lead and deliver SAP HCM projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Design and implement new SAP HCM solutions and process improvements.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Demand Management teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Several years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong experience with SAP HCM Time Management (PT) is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting and configuring SAP HCM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum B2 level).
