Senior SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant – Remote (Greece) (Ref. 6260/SHCM/ESS/GR)

Job Overview

This role ensures the smooth operation and strategic evolution of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems supporting payroll, time management, and employee data across a large-scale retail organization. The position drives system optimization, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration between on-premise and cloud solutions while contributing to long-term HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and optimization of SAP HCM modules, with a strong focus on Greek Payroll (GR Payroll) and Personnel Time Management (PT), ensuring full compliance with local labor and insurance regulations, including Ergani II.
• Manage and enhance SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring accurate and seamless data replication with payroll systems.
• Oversee the implementation and operation of SAP Concur, improving travel and expense management processes across multiple business units.
• Coordinate complex integrations and data interfaces between internal and external systems in high-volume environments.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, including the transition to S/4HANA and adoption of future SAP cloud solutions.
• Analyze and resolve complex system issues while continuously improving system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP HCM, including participation in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in large-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in Greek Payroll, including strong knowledge of PCRs, Schemas, and local labor and tax regulations (EFKA, APD, tax withholding).
• Proven experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance, Learning).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP certifications will be considered a strong asset.
