💼 Experience: 5+ years
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an Agile project team and drive effective Scrum practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives
• Coach and support Agile/Scrum teams
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions
• Support the Product Owner with Product Backlog management
• Monitor team capacity, velocity, risks & issues
• Promote self-organization and continuous improvement
• Ensure proper implementation of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Act as an Agile ambassador across the organization
• Provide Agile reporting and project follow-up
🛠️ Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant Scrum Master experience
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of Kanban
• Experience with Jira and Agile reporting tools
• Understanding of software development, testing & CI/CD practices
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills
• English + at least one local language (Dutch or French)
