Medior Scrum Master

We're currently strengthening our agile way of working and are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master who, together with our colleague Alex, will help drive that journey forward. No ivory towers or endless theories here. We believe in rolling up our sleeves and working alongside teams to make meaningful improvements. You'll join an environment with 6 to 7 teams, where you and Alex will share the agile responsibility for multiple teams. About the role Facilitate & coach : You'll facilitate agile ceremonies and help teams continuously improve and grow. Remove obstacles : You're the bulldozer when it comes to impediments. You don't just report issues, you work with internal stakeholders to solve them. Big picture mindset : Together with Alex, you'll take a leading role in quarterly planning activities (QBR/BRP). Support & alignment : You'll support Product Owners with backlog management and ensure clear communication between developers and stakeholders. Build culture : You'll foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within a DevOps environment. Sanne will be happy to tell you more about it! about you We are looking for someone who understands how group processes work and really gets teams moving, not a theorist who recites the SCRUM book. Mindset: Direct, empathic, and hands-on. You dare to challenge the status quo and possess the persuasive power to turn resistance into enthusiasm. Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of guiding multiple teams (3+) simultaneously. You also hold a recognized Scrum certification (PSM/CSM). AI knowledge is a big plus. Tech savvy: Experience with Jira and Confluence is a must. Knowledge of working in a DevOps environment is a strong plus. Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and English . Location: You are willing to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week to ensure an optimal connection with the teams.
