Senior Scrum Master (Agile & DevOps) | Brussels | Hybrid | Up to €650/day

We're partnering with a global enterprise organisation seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across complex, business-critical technology programmes. This is a long-term contract opportunity working within a large-scale, multi-team environment where collaboration, leadership, and delivery excellence are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices across the squad.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring successful execution across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers in a complex enterprise environment.
• Coach and mentor team members, driving continuous improvement and Agile maturit
• Work closely with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.
• Support distributed and multicultural teams across multiple locations.

Requirements:

• Proven Scrum Master experience within large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing complex multi-team delivery initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery.
• Technical awareness and the ability to engage with development and architecture teams.
• Fluent English required.
