You own agile delivery: run the ceremonies, remove blockers, coach the team and its stakeholders, and keep increments shippable.

โข Scrum facilitation โ planning, daily, review, retrospective โ plus Definition of Done and a healthy sprint backlog
โข Delivery ownership across several teams; dependency and risk / issue management in complex banking orgs
โข Agile coaching (doing and being agile): self-organisation, continuous improvement, healthy team dynamics
โข Support the Product Owner on backlog health, capacity and velocity
โข Where relevant: agile transformation beyond IT โ including marketing & communications
โข Stakeholder communication and reporting on how Scrum is deployed

โข Expert Scrum Master โ multi-team delivery ownership (banking)

Location: Brussels client sites (often 5 min walk from Central Station; some Brussels centre)

โข Senior / Expert Scrum Master experience (~5โ8+ years; expert tracks often ~6+ in agile)
โข Proven banking or insurance work in Belgium (or transferable regulated FS)
โข Scrum facilitation + agile coaching with ownership of delivery โ not ceremony-only
โข Multiple dependencies in complex corporate environments
โข Continuous improvement, blocker resolution, coaching toward autonomy
โข Agile tooling (e.g. Jira); non-IT transformation a plus where the mandate needs it
โข Hybrid Brussels comfort
โข Current demand especially in multi-team banking delivery and MarCom agile transformation
โข Structured, communicative, independent on client site
โข Relevant degree; PSM / CSM / SAFe SM a plus
