Senior SDET
Avanti Way RealtyWe are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team remotely from LATAM. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products.
The ideal candidate is passionate about test automation, modern software engineering practices, CI/CD, and AI-powered development tools. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems, and continuously improving testing processes.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
- Create and execute automated tests for Web and API applications.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript and WebdriverIO.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot defects and automation failures.
- Continuously improve test coverage, automation stability, and testing processes.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows.
- Contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation / SDET roles.
- C1 English level – Mandatory.
- Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with WebdriverIO.
- Proven experience in Web and API test automation.
- Experience building, integrating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and automation best practices.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with Desktop automation.
- Experience with Mobile automation.
- Experience working with modern cloud-based development and testing environments.
