Senior SEO & AI Search Specialist

We are looking for a Senior SEO & AI Search Specialist to own the company’s organic growth across traditional search and AI search surfaces. This is a senior individual contributor role with full responsibility for strategy, execution, and performance of organic acquisition, including visibility in AI-generated answers and citations.

• Define and execute SEO and AI Search strategy across markets and languages.

• Own organic traffic growth and AI citation growth, rankings across priority keywords and clusters, organic contribution to acquisition and revenue.

• Set and monitor KPIs, forecasting models, and performance benchmarks for organic growth.

• Maintain and develop reports for tracking organic traffic, rankings, AI visibility, and citations with the analyst.

• Use AI tools and automation to streamline audits and the implementation of improvements.

• Lead keyword strategy, search intent mapping, and opportunity analysis.

• Drive technical, on-page, structural SEO and GEO/AEO improvements in collaboration with product and engineering.

• Ensure scalable SEO implementation across geographies, languages, and product verticals.

• Define content briefs and guide the content team to produce search- and AI-optimized content.

• Guide content updates and expansion strategies based on SEO and AI performance.

• Align with the Linkbuilding team on authority-building priorities.

• Run experiments and turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI search, LLM-based discovery, and search algorithm updates, and integrate them into the roadmap.

• Act as the central point of coordination for all organic growth initiatives.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of SEO experience with proven impact on organic growth.

• Proven hands-on experience in AI Search, GEO, AEO, or related AI visibility optimization.

• Demonstrated track record of improving visibility in AI-generated answers, citations, or AI-driven discovery.

• Strong technical SEO, content SEO, and search intent expertise.

• Experience working cross-functionally with content, product, and engineering teams.

• Ability to operate independently and own the organic growth function.

• Strong analytical mindset and experience with SEO and AI visibility tools.

• Experience in VPN, cybersecurity, privacy, utilities, or similarly competitive categories in international and multilingual markets.

• Fluency in English and Russian.
