We’re looking for a strategic, execution-driven Senior SEO Specialist to scale organic growth across traditional search and AI-driven search (AEO).

You’ll own high-impact SEO initiatives across the full cycle – from research and planning to execution and performance analysis – working closely with content, marketing, and leadership.

Your goal: grow organic traffic, strengthen visibility across Google and AI platforms, and ensure our content ranks, converts, and builds authority.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO

🔹 SEO Execution & Optimization

Own on-page optimization, content updates, internal linking, and other initiatives that improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

🔹 Content SEO & Briefs

Develop SEO briefs based on search intent, content structure, semantic depth, internal linking, and CTA logic. Collaborate with copywriters and analyze content performance.

🔹 Link Building & Outreach

Identify backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, build partnerships, and continuously improve link-building processes.

🔹 International SEO

Analyze performance across international markets, identify localization opportunities, and support international SEO strategies.

🔹 AEO & AI Visibility

Improve visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-driven platforms, monitor AEO performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

🔹 AI & Automation

Use AI tools across research, content, analysis, and outreach, and automate repetitive SEO and marketing workflows.

🔹 Technical SEO

Monitor site health, indexing, crawling, and technical SEO issues in collaboration with developers and product teams.

🔹 Performance & Reporting

Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and AEO performance, turning data into actionable insights.

✨ WHAT YOU BRING

Must-haves:

✓ 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience

✓ Proven success with US market SEO, supported by measurable case studies

✓ Experience with AEO / AI search optimization and AI-driven platforms

✓ Experience using AI tools for SEO and marketing workflows, research, analysis, and automation

✓ Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools

✓ Strong prioritization, organization, and deadline-management skills

✓ English С1+ with confident written and verbal communication

Interview with the Head of Marketing and SEO Manager, followed by a live SEO brief exercise via screen sharing.
