Senior SEO & Website Design Specialist

We're looking for a Senior SEO & Website Design Specialist to lead strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing SEO campaigns and designing/optimizing client websites that drive measurable results. This role is hands-on and requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING You must have clear, fluent spoken English . This role requires client communication, internal strategy calls, and monthly client video calls. If you are not comfortable speaking English clearly on camera, this role is not a fit. You must be highly proficient with Ahrefs . Core tool for keyword research, competitor analysis, content planning, and SEO audits. You must be skilled in website design - comfortable building, structuring, and optimizing sites that convert (not just rank). You must be comfortable using Claude and AI tools to improve SEO and design workflows, content briefs, research, reporting, and execution speed. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for multiple clients Design, build, and optimize client websites alongside SEO campaigns Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits Optimize site structure, content, internal linking, and on-page design for improved rankings and conversions Monitor performance and provide clear, actionable reports Run monthly client video calls and provide monthly reports or Loom recordings Stay current with SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates Use AI tools like Claude to improve speed, strategy, content planning, and execution quality Clear, fluent spoken English is required 3+ years proven SEO experience Demonstrated website design experience (portfolio required) Agency experience is a strong plus Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Strong proficiency with Ahrefs Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog Comfortable using Claude and AI tools as part of the SEO and design workflow Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy Client-facing experience and confidence on monthly video calls Nice to Have Experience using Claude to design and build websites (Artifacts, components, full pages) — significant perk Experience with CRO, paid media, or content strategy Knowledge of schema markup, site migrations, or international SEO Competitive, negotiable salary based on experience and results Remote work flexibility Work on diverse industries and exciting projects Be part of a small, ambitious team where your work has a real impact Growth opportunities as we expand
