Requirements:

• 6+ years of IT working experience, including solid work experience in multinational companies and managing major enterprise-scale implementations of ServiceNow solutions, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers
• Experience in ServiceNow HRSD developments, Custom Applications developments and Platform Architecture
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Expert Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration solutions
• Experience in implementing and configuration of NowAssist (administration and skills&prompts creation)
• Strong experience in Platform Governance, DevOps and Agile Delivery
• Ability to establish and maintain the development of lifecycle processes, like release strategy, cutover and rehearsal plans, quality gates, testing, data governance, and operational support standards, etc.
• Good understanding of IT Processes and frameworks like VeriSM, ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent English written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment in the assigned area.
• Ensure that the solution is aligned with the ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards throughout the whole delivery lifecycle
• Ensure quality of technical deliverables, adherence to best practices for security, performance, health, UX, integration
• Regular collaboration with Business Users and Business Analysts regarding gathering requirements and discussing results of the work
• Perform Peer reviews for developments performed by Dev team
• Sign off at the key quality gates (solution design, move to QA, move to PROD etc.).
• Ensure technical readiness of the solution for future operational support and ensure successful transition from the project team to the operational support
