Enviar solicitud Normalmente respondemos en un plazo de tres días Job Description At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, AI capabilities and CRM workflows to join a technology project focused on CPQ and Sales & Order Management. This is a hands-on development role for an experienced ServiceNow professional with demonstrable experience building AI capabilities on the Now Platform . Experience with CPQ and Logik.ai is highly valued, although CPQ-specific product knowledge can be developed on the job for candidates who already have a strong ServiceNow and AI foundation. Responsibilities Design, develop and configure solutions across Sales and Order Management, CSM and CPQ . Work with product catalogues, quoting, pricing logic and order orchestration. Build and extend CPQ capabilities, including configuration rules, pricing logic and transaction handling. Develop AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio . Design AI agents, skills and prompts to support quoting, product discovery and sales workflows. Build integrations between CPQ/SOM and external systems such as CRM, ERP and billing platforms. Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub and custom spokes . Develop scoped applications, business rules, Script Includes, flows and user interfaces. Work with UI Builder / Now Experience . Translate commercial requirements such as product structures, pricing, discounts and approvals into maintainable platform logic. Guide and review the work of mid-level and junior developers. Act as a technical reference for CPQ and AI-related development decisions. Contribute to reusable assets, development standards and internal knowledge sharing. Support the scoping and estimation of CPQ and AI workstreams. Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field . 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience . ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Experience delivering solutions within ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflows , including Sales and Order Management, CSM, Product Catalogue or Order Management. Hands-on experience building AI capabilities on the Now Platform , such as Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agents, Virtual Agent or Predictive Intelligence. Strong ServiceNow scripting skills with JavaScript, GlideRecord, server-side and client-side scripting, Script Includes, Business Rules and ACLs . Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and scoped application development . Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations , OAuth/JWT authentication patterns, transform maps and data imports. Experience with Now Assist / AI Agent Studio , including AI agents, skills, prompt design and grounding AI in platform data. Experience with UI Builder / Now Experience or Service Portal . Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) . Experience with Git and source control / update-set discipline . Strong written and verbal communication skills in English . English: Advanced level (C1). Spanish: Required. Desirable CIS certification in a CRM product line, such as CIS-CSM. Experience with Logik.ai , including configuration, solving engine, pricing logic and composable/API-first implementation patterns. CPQ domain knowledge covering: Product configuration. Constraint-based rules. Pricing and discounting models. Quote-to-cash processes. Experience with other CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ/Callidus, Conga, PROS or Tacton . Knowledge of agentic AI patterns , including MCP-based integrations and multi-agent orchestration. Experience in complex-product industries such as manufacturing, high-tech, telecommunications, industrial or medical devices. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA . What we offer Location: Madrid. Work model: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week onsite . Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00. Estimated project duration: 6 months.
