We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and build scalable, AI-powered enterprise solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents, GenAI Skills, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.

🔥 What You’ll Work On:

• Design, develop & configure advanced ServiceNow solutions

• Build AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation

• Work with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search & Predictive Intelligence

• Develop enterprise workflows using Flow Designer & ServiceNow Studio

• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies & Service Catalog

• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub & MID Server

• Work on CMDB & CSDM implementations

• Develop scoped applications and reusable automation/integration frameworks

• Support deployments, UAT, upgrades, hypercare & production stabilization

• Collaborate with architects, consultants and business stakeholders

• Follow ServiceNow security, coding and development best practices.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience

✅ Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript & Glide APIs

✅ Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts & Script Includes

✅ Hands-on experience with CMDB & CSDM

✅ Experience with Now Assist / GenAI / AI Agents / Agentic Workflows

✅ Exposure to AI Search & Predictive Intelligence

✅ Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or Service Catalog – minimum 2 modules

✅ Strong experience in enterprise integrations & workflow automation

✅ Knowledge of Scoped Applications, ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets & CI/CD

✅ Experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub & MID Server

✅ Strong debugging, problem-solving & stakeholder collaboration skills

⭐ Good to Have:

• A2A / MCP-based AI integration exposure

• CRM & customer operations workflows

• AWS / Azure knowledge

• Low-Code / No-Code automation

• DevOps & release management

• Agile/Scrum experience

• AI/GenAI ServiceNow micro-certifications

🏆 Certifications – Minimum 2 Preferred

🎓 CSA – Certified System Administrator

🎓 CAD – Certified Application Developer

🎓 CIS – Data Foundation / CMDB / CSDM

🎓 AI / GenAI ServiceNow Micro-Certifications
