HostConnect is a short-term rental management company based in Pittsburgh, PA. We manage 40 doors across 12 properties and are growing our international remote team. Our processes are well established, and our management team works alongside you every day.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Short-Term Rental Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly. You will coordinate guest communication, cleanings, and vendors, and make sure every guest has a 5-star experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys following clear processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication, bookings, and inquiries across all properties
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and supply restocking
• Handle urgent issues such as lockouts, guest complaints, and cleaning problems
• Keep task management and messaging systems organized and up to date
• Ensure 5-star guest experience standards are met at every property

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive, takes ownership, and solves problems independently
• University degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Available and responsive throughout the workday for urgent issues
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace

Nice to Have

• Russian language proficiency
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or short-term rental operations

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, remote
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM New York time (ET)
• 6 days per week, Saturday off
• $1,100 – $1,400 USD per month, depending on experience
